As a Speaker, Coach, and a Counselor, in Surprise and Phoenix, Arizona, and nearby areas, I help people choose specific things that they would like to change. Then, together we develop a plan with steps to achieve that goal.
I specialize in Relationships... Relationships with friends, significant others, kids, yourself, and with God. Your relationship with yourself determines how you think and how you act. We all have thoughts and behaviors we would like to change. Sometimes we can do that ourselves, but other times we need the help of a professional. That is why athletes get coaches, business people get consultants, and people in general seek advice.
My Coaching/Counseling philosophy is: People can obtain their dreams if they can develop a clear goal with specific steps to get there and an exact date/time to complete it.
Counseling
Counseling can be helpful for people struggling with mental and emotional concerns but it can also be helpful to people seeking advice for general life stressors. These stressors can be: spiritual concerns, negative thoughts, overwhelming emotions, physical dissatisfaction, strained relationships, miscommunication, mismanagement of your money, and job stress. Counseling can help you see more clearly which will enable you to make better decisions and to grow as a person.
Coaching and Consultation

Coaching is for people who are generally healthy (mentally and emotionally). It is a tool to help them improve their lives and reach their goals. Professional athletes and business professionals use coaches on a regular basis. As a coach, I help you develop a clear goal with specific steps and an exact time limit. I support you through the process and hold you accountable.
I do Personal and Professional Coaching/Consultation. Personal deals with individual goals and dreams. Professional can be an individual’s business or a large corporation. Large businesses sometimes need help with Communication, Morale-building, Problem solving, and Conflict Resolution.

My office is located at 15535 N Reems Rd., Suite 10, Surprise, AZ, in the middle of the thriving west valley, I am dedicated to serving the West Valley communities of Surprise, Youngtown, El Mirage, Avondale, Goodyear, Peoria, Glendale, Tolleson, Buckeye, Verrado, Wittman, Morristown, Phoenix and the Sun Cities.
